One of the key trends in the European installation sector is the increasing demand for total service suppliers (total/hybrid installer). Traditionally, HVAC and electrical services were offered by two different companies, but nowadays electrical installers are conducting HVAC jobs as well. In the H2 2019 report of the USP Kitchen Monitor, USP investigated the purchasing behaviour of equipment for the purchase of a complete kitchen in the Netherlands. This research shows that 52% of the kitchen buyers have bought all the equipment of the new kitchen of the same brand and it is expected that this share will increase in the near future.
