HR executive Zagreb

The HR executive we are looking for is responsible for the recruitment of new employees, on- and offboarding process, employer branding and last but not least making sure that the employees are content and their development needs are met.

In this position it is important you stay up to date about the HR trends and developments and are able to translate them into concrete action plans.

Besides this you are able to add the fun factor into the job and increase the work joy by organizing teambuilding activities and working on a positive company culture.

This is done in cooperation with and under guidance from the Manager HR & Operations in Rotterdam.

What is required?

  • A relevant master degree or corresponding certificate of expertise (HR Management, organizational change, business administration etc.)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in HR
  • Ability to work with and manage different types of people in different stages of their career
  • Being a people person
  • Having excellent communication skills
